1996 Champion 186 - trying to remove the Quicksilver 3000 control unit

I'm stuck and struggling to properly remove my throttle control unit to replace my cables. It's a Quick Silver 3000 and checking if anyone knows or has access to the installation instructions? I've got the handle off but can't tell how to remove the actual control unit from the fiberglass. I have access to the back side but there's only one nut and the others are concealed inside the box. I'm thinking I need to remove the bolts on the radius first so the cover on the back side can be removed? Not sure.

Any info is appreciated.
