    Thumbs down LEW’S Customer Service!!!

I have been trying to contact Lou’s customer service for two weeks with no success. I have left two voice messages and called them at least six times. No success. Has anyone successfully contacted Lews reels by phone lately. I’m looking for parts for my BB1 reel. I will probably stick with curados in the future.
