    2004 Evinrude 225 HO - value

    The motor is blown #5 cylinder per the shop. I know this is a dying breed, however, I'm sure there are parts to help someone else keep their Evinrude running.
    The motor had 318 hours when it went south!

    Please help me to determine what value there is with this motor and what parts I could salvage to help someone else. Maybe help me put a parts list together.
    I'm not trying to gouge anyone with pricing...I'm just trying to recover a little of the 27K I just spent on a new motor.

    Lower unit is 2 years old.
