    New tires for da beater

I bought COOPER DISCOVERER AT3 4S for my '05 Escalade today. They had a good rating from TireRack, TR's price was $852 to my door. I bought them from a local store for $884 installed, not bad. They have a 65k warranty and severe snow service rating. They replaced the Michelins that I was running, hope they perform like TR says...

What kind of beats and rap music do you like to thump when you ride around in da Excalade, mane?

It sounds like you got a pretty good price on the tires, they are high as hades now.

He didn't get the mayonnaise and mustard Vogue's mounted to a set of gorilla poke swangas so doubt he's bumpin.

It's an '05! Soon to be 19 years old! Just turned over 148k, definitely not a show car. It's my daily driver and family ride. It does have a sweet stereo to be stock though.

Cooper discoverers have turned into what I buy these days without even considering anything else. I have been happy with every set.

Know 2 guys running those tires on half-ton pickups... both are very happy with them.

I put a set of the Discoverer AT3 xlt on my F-250 2 summers ago. And I think they will be my next set as well. Still have a ton of meat on them and look great. (and yes, I meant a ton of meat on them, if you've seen them, the lugs are darn substantial)

I don’t think I’ve ever seen an Escalade with AT tires, and certainly never off pavement

Ive tried a set of those, not their biggest fan, but for the price they aren’t bad.

I have been running Michelin tires for years but last June my truck hit 15 years old and went with General tires in June to save a few bucks and so far love them.

Think you did well. My Michelins from Costco ran like $1100 installed.

I had around 40k on my AT3s when I had my F150. I liked them other than they got a little noisy and wet boat ramp traction started to decline a little.

They were fantastic on my old Jeep. Got kind of loud toward the end of their life, but not too bad. Would've been on the short list when shopping for my truck a few months back, but couldn't get them in my size. It was Michelin, Bridgestone, or nothing at the time, so Michelins are on there now.

Cooper also makes Generals. Love mine and now use them on my 3/4ton truck, wife's soccer-mom special, and the boat trailer too. No issues out of any of them.

Exact tires that came on my new Colorado.. To early to give a legit review of them. I only have about 6k miles on it, but all seems good so far.
