Refurbed lower unit for Yamaha SHO 250. New seals, new water pump, and new pinion gear. All work completed, with receipts, by Bunch Marine in Harriman TN. Whole unit has been gone through and certified for mach-2 operation. I carrier this unit around as a spare, but have since switched motor brands and don't need it anymore.
Unit will come with new water-pickup screens. Located near Knoxville, TN, but will ship if necessary. 1750.00 OBO
Also have Yamaha brand, lower unit paint if the scuffing is too much.
