    Well got to do some investigation and check batteries all good wires tight and clean 12.71 on meter, went to the trolling motor plug end to check and make sure I was getting 24 volts to motor, when I opened the plug up to check, I found a melted and burned up connection on the male side of the plug.Replaced that and got 25.2 at the plug side of motor ,so might have been the culprit.Today I'm going to pull the bow panel to check the female side of the plug didn't have time yesterday.will post results later

    So took it out tonight and felt the difference right away got 2.5 to 2.7 , see I guess the burnt wire was the culprit lol
