    Wet Sand or Compound?

I now have a few spots on my hull that need some attention. One in the black/silver polyflake and some around the keep guard. Both are not bad, but are scrapes in the surface. I was thinking I could compound the scratches out, but thinking maybe et sanding would be a quicker, better looking solution.

Ur gonna be compounding either way so ya might as well get it with sand paper first.

I would try using clear coat paint or hardener to fill in the scratches. Then maybe try compound/ scratch remover polish first. I’ve used the hardener and it blends in nicely. Clear coat touch up paint is fine for small scratches. Try these two first before buffing.
