    Big Stone Largemouth

    Will be getting up to Big Stone soon for the first time. Been hearing of some big bass being caught there in the spring. I am taking my wife and would really like to make it a great experience. Does anybody have any experience on that lake or some good tips they would be willing to share? Like I said, never been on that lake and it is just big enough to be a pain to fully explore and find productive areas in a reasonable amount of time.

    Just go fish, if your not getting bites dont stop and fish thorough because the whole lake looks good.

    Any reports on the water lately - I know Big Stone gets a major algae bloom in the summer - wondering if it has happened yet?
