I use the 6.3 ratio for the 5XDs and the 5.5 ratio for 8XDs and 10XDs (and a bunch of other big baits). The 6XD is kind of in the middle for me - I'll throw it with either reel.
You get quite a bit more line capacity on the 150 than the SV but the 6.3 ratio will be more versatile than the 5.5 ratio.
