Poison Adrena 7’4” H vs 7’2” H

I ordered the 7’4” based on specs (up to 2oz HRF) for heavier Texas rig presentations. However, I did not realize It was marketed as a swimbait rod.

I couldn’t cancel It because It was already shipped but I did go ahead and order the 7’2”.

So now both rods are coming and I will send one of them back, more than likely the 7’4”.

Has anyone used both rods? What do you think of each?

I wouldn’t throw in the towel on that 7‘4“ just yet…. It’s super versatile. Yes, I use mine for smaller swim baits. It’s also a terrific jig rod. I have the 72 H in the expride line and use it exclusively as a frog rod after getting the 74 Adrena. Not sure if it’s a direct comparison, but the actions are pretty similar across the lines in my experience.
