My 2016 pro xs 175 started alarming 30 seconds after the key is turned to the on position for 5 seconds, then the alarm stops . The motor does not have to be started. Motor runs fine, oil levels are good and water pressure is good. Any idea what it could be? Serial # 2B231235

That would indeed be one of many potential faults (dozens possible).
The BEST method is to get it on a suitable diagnostic tool (such as the G3 2023 Diagnostic System) for Full Printouts.
If you have a Smartcraft System (even VesselView Mobile), you would have some information to go on.
