A decent estimate for a 18.5 boat, trailer, gear, fuel, etc ready to go fishing would be about 3,500 lbs.
1710 for the boat
480 for the motor
750 for the trailer
150 for gas and fliuds
60 for jackplate (if using one)
80 for trolling motor
estimate your gear/graphs then double it.
You will probably be in the 3500-3750pounds. Take it to a truck stop and get it weighed.

GLK 350 rated to tow up to 3500 so you're at that limit unless you don't ever put any gas in the boat or have any gear.
