    Livewell Leaking

I have a '96 Champ 202 & some water is leaking into/ out of my livewells. When I close the remote drain valve & run to a spot and fish for awhile I'll notice I'll have water in my livewells. Also if I fill my livewells up after awhile I'll notice that some water has left the livewells. I've replaced the livewell valve, cartridge & livewell switch. Not sure what else I need to do so any help.would.be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like it's still getting by the valve some way. Might pull the top off the valve and check the alignment of the flappers.

I went through this as well. replaced/rebuilt/cleaned the valve 2x. Still leaked.

Ultimately, I found that when I closed the valve, the switch wasn't pulling the wire far enough. I have to yank the wire another 1/8" with pliers. It will close 100% then.
