How is the smallmouth fishing in lake Erie south of the Detroit river?
Phenomenal but waves are almost always an issue. Tons of structure, current, rocks and weeds. The issue is that it is more often than not very rough especially when the wind blows against the current.
It's pretty good, but it's vast and lots of water to cover sometimes to find them. You will certainly cook some fuel if you don't find them on the first few stops.Originally Posted by wackyjoe
