    1999 Johnson 115 j115pleem no spark

I have posted a couple times since August about this motor not starting. I have had a little bit of time to dig into it and I found a VST cover that fixed the fuel leak. I have no spark on any cylinder. I replaced the power pack, coils, wires, plugs, optical sensor. I have checked every fuse that I can find. The ground on the power pack is secure. Any ideas to try next??

Verify that you are at TDC on #1, rare for the flywheel to shear the bolts on the crank, test the stator.
