Yesterday's dinner on the Weber 26" kettle: boneless chicken thighs marinated in Goya mojo and Lawry's mesquite, covered in fajita seasoning with a splash of some Nashville Hot seasoning. Sliced white and red onions, sliced bell peppers (green, red, orange), fresh minced garlic, 4 sliced jalapeņos, and 6 Romas cut into 1/8s, tortillas, and cheese.

I really miss RB’s posts and pics that man could BBQ like nobody else. He was also willing to share his recipes.

To hot dry and windy here so I'm not doing any grilling outside. I am getting tired of cooking inside though.

I blew my motor. I haven't fished in 6 weeks! Lots of free time to run the smoker though. Doing my second brisket this weekend and hoping for improvement from my last one.
