2008 UFP axle S/N A408353 idler hub replacement help

Oil bath hub on 2008 Champion 188 dual axle trailer wanting to change to grease. Not sure what hub to replace with. Numbers on back of hub are 7C22 and 3674. Looking at CE Smith hub CE13515 at Etrailer.com, but not sure if the correct one.

only difference between that hub and a grease one is the oil for filling with oil otherwise same hub. looking at the ufp parts list I have here grease seal they list is 32372U for grease and a 32123U for vault hybrid oil

idler hub is part#13684U if you have a 1-1/16 outer bearing and a 1-3/8 inner. rotor is part#41041U. https://www.waymiredistribution.com/ can get you set with what you need #800-434-4824

No reason to change hub if it was working properly, although if you plan to do new bearings, a new hub may be simpler than swapping out races if you haven't done it before. Otherwise drain the oil and wipe everything clean, repack with grease and put a bearing buddy or other cap on it and go fishing.

Noticed some leakage on back, but since these are the original hubs 2008 I thought it best to replace. Thanks

This is what I did. Good time to inspect the SS wear rings, replace as needed and replace the seal.

No need to replace the hubs, just replace the bearings, races and seals. The most important thing is to use high quality bearings, races and seals. Don’t use no name Chinese junk components.

No need to change hubs. Knock the oil bath bearing protectors off and replace with grease and bearing buddies.
