Question Throttle Cable seems to have disconnected?

I have a 1996 Champion with a 175 EFI (#0G361770). The throttle stopped working and it seems to have disconnected at the throttle. I plan to pull it off to see what's going on. I was able to shift in and out of gear without issue. If I recall correctly there are two cables.

Looking for any guidance. I would guess that these cables are very sturdy and it likely just disconnected. Is there any issue with that or is it a simple process to replace the cables?

    Any info is appreciated.

    Thanks.

A close visual under the cowl is in order, not likely to be a cable.

Throttle cable is broken just before it goes into the cowling. Are there any recommended instructions or videos out there that will help? Thx!

Any tips on how to measure the length I need versus pulling the old one off first? Hoping to use the old one as a pull rope.

I may have found the model number for the cables
    CC17910 Teleflex USA 5303
I read somewhere that the last two numbers are the length?

    Thanks Joe. Will do.

Don - I couldn't get the part to come up on your website. I looked it up online and I think it's part number 8M0085937. is this the right one for a 10 ft set of cables (#0G361770) or should I call in to place the order? Thanks.

I think those part numbers are for a different thread? Trigger or stator and maybe a fuel filter?

Don emailed me this part number 8M0082483. Does it come with both cables or just one? If it's only one, are both cables the same part number?

I'm stuck and struggling to properly remove my throttle control unit. It's a Quick Silver 3000 and checking if anyone knows or has access to the installation instructions? I've got the handle off but can't tell how to remove the actual control unit from the fiberglass. I have access to the back side but there's only one nut and the others are concealed inside the box. I'm thinking I need to remove the bolts on the radius first so the cover on the back side can be removed? Not sure.

    Any info is appreciated.
