Backwater Outfitters, Sugar TiT lures, Fishead Custom Lures, Alternative Lures, Lurebuild.Com, Predator Baits. Quality is fairly the same, other than Fishhead,and Predator baits, with Fishhead on top. Barlows Tackle has some good blanks. Treble Hooks, I use Captain Hooks. KVD put a hook video out on the system he uses. I went by his advice, and for the most part, i follow it.

Research careful, size and shape does matter. Most will advise on hooks and eyes. The thing that gives me trouble, are the split rings. They don't seem consistent to me. When you find what you like, write down where, type and sizes. That will save you some grief.

I would stay away from Amazon. You might snag you some there to practice on, but that's about it. Some buy from Lure Parts on Line, and Ceder Run Outdoors, I very rarely have, so I have no opinion. Good luck.
