what tank number connection on the control head is the sender connected to? #2 - should be tank #1
You are using the control head calibration process - correct?- Yes Im doing exactly what it says to do on page 25 of the linked document
are you seeing each of the red dots in the display change to green after the specific calibration process is complete? I can double check but yes I remember seeing them light up from just being gray, but unsure if it was green or red I’ll confirm.
A gray color means no data/signal is present. The red light should illuminate with data present and setting is uncalibrated.
Pressing the recalibrate button will essentially zero out the calibration. Calibration settings are held within the remote control - not the display.
Calibration is not required for fuel level to display. Also note for your memory bank that a fuel level display is highly dampened due to fuel sloshing around. Got it this is the reason for the 20s delay between cal. points …. Not really, this just time time the processor uses to make the setting.7
I will retry again with the direct ground for the sensor and control grounds.
