    Thumbs Up outstanding Minnkota Raptor Customer Service experience.

    Sunday, while pinned in about 8' of water, I had the spike on one of my 10' Raptors break...broke right at the knuckle! So Monday, I called Minnkota CS and told them what had happened. The tech rep, Lori, told me that the spike had a lifetime warranty, was end-user replaceable & that the replacement spike would ship on Tuesday USPS 2-day air. She was genuinely a nice lady & extremely helpful!! No hassle whatsoever! Gotta love it!!!

    I also echo what you state, Bassfly. I had both my raptor poles snap (one each separate times) - Minn Kota was great to deal with and asked for the details on the spikes - they were concerned that possibly there may have been a production issue with the batch, but ultimately they took care of the customer (me) first. Raptors are great product and Minn Kota backed them up!!!
