Which Ultrex Shaft Length for 911 CDC?

Planning ahead for the end of my project 2001 911 CDC... Going to put an Ultrex (112#, 36-volt) on it. Can I use the 45" shaft or do I need the 52"?

45" if fishing mostly calm waters or the 52" if you plan on spending more time on rougher waters. You can always raise the 52" but only lower the 45" so far.

those older Nitros will benefit from a longer shaft IMO.. they sit higher in the water vs the current model

Thank you. I do get stuck on some pretty rough water sometime.

Thank you. That makes sense and echoes what my mechanic suggested.
