    Gas

For the past few days stations are out of gas and we have long lines at stations that do have fuel. Anyone seeing this in other parts of the state? I think it may just be limited to Miami, Broward and Palm Beach but not sure if it is starting to spread to other areas. Hopefully it ends soon.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the flooding you guys got last week.

Yeah Port Everglades where they store the fuel was flooded and trucks could not get in or out and it damaged a few of their pumps. I think I read where that facility provided about 40% of Florida's gas. I was just curious if people were seeing shortages up past Palm Beach. I heard they may be bringing more fuel in from Port Canaveral to make up for the decreased supply. Glad you guys further north are not seeing it. This reminds me of when the hurricanes came through. People are lined up panic buying.

From what I saw, south FL only. No problems here, other than the price.

Florida tank lines was quoted in a news article that the supply issues are limited to South Florida but should be better in 3-5 days.

Bucees was 340-soimething today... Most stations in Jax are around 3.79, but the small corner Mobil down the street from me the sign says 349, so not sure how they are 30¢ cheaper, of if they just didn't change the sign lol...

I also live in Jupiter and have seen gas in places over $4 a gallon. I go to Costco on my way to work and have had no problem getting it, paid 3.27 the other day.

Costco is the way to go. Filled up with premium at $3.84 on Thursday night. Looks like all the stations here are back to normal now.
