    Bit the lithium bullet

Bought three Dakota Lithium 12v 100AH batteries. 1 for electronics, 2 for trolling. Going to a 27 SLA cranking and the 3 lithiums. Currently have three 31's, 1 AGM, and 2 SLA. Will lose about 50 pounds out of my boat and gain have way more power obviously (3x70=210 pounds vs 60+(3x32)= 156 pounds). Using a NOCO genius 4x10. For some reason my pro-guide 31 AGM, which was my cranking battery and electronics (2 Helix 9's and a mega 360), would not last more than about 3-4 hours.

I can't wait. Fishing in the mighty Mississippi a lot more this year and I need by 80lb Ultrex to have legitimate 10 power all day.

I am on the 2 year lithium plan. I added an Ionic 50 along with the 4 bank Ionic charger. I'm using the 50 for my TargetLock MegaLive. My crank and dual TM batteries are only 1 season old so my dealer said there was no reason to go crazy replacing batteries yet. I'm really happy so far. Fishing 8 hours with the TL and ML running the whole time doesn't. even put a dent in the battery.
