Power pole loose, falling slowly while driving/running. No leak though.

I have 10 ft blades, CM 1.0, with the black/blue 5/16 hydraulic tubing. One of my power poles is slowly lowering when hitting bumps and waves. I've raised and lowerd it a bunch of times to see if it needed to be bled. That didn't help. After raising it all the way, I can grab the pole and shake it applying pressure and feel it slowing loosening up. I see no leaks anywhere. No fluid. I've checked everywhere I can think of. I made sure fittings were all tight. There's no fluid around the compression fittings or anything. Fluid is clean and at the right level. Both pumps are fairly new replaced last fall. Is there anything besides a leak that might cause this? Thanks in advance.

Possibly cylinder seals bypassing internally. I had this happen as well.

Thanks guys. I found this video on how to do the valve replacement :

But I can't seem to find where to order the valve replacement kit. I didn't find it on the power pole site, nor hydrilla gear. Does anyone know a place these could be ordered or do I have to call PP tech support? Thanks again.

I called them the other day. They were super helpful. They explained it COULD be the valves. At first they suspected it was likely NOT the valves until I told them that the pump in question also comes up much slower than the other one. That made them think it likely IS the valves. They're shipping me valve replacement kits free of charge. While I'm frustrated with the constant issues I've had with my 1.0 poles (yes, I know 2.0 is way way better), I have to admit the customer service over there is truly special. I rarely encounter service this good anymore from any company. It's refreshing.
