Going to percy priest next weekend. Never laid eyes on the lake. Or anyone who has fished lol. Can anyone tell me what I might need right now. Thanks.

its right at 3' low so keep a eye on the maps fish are up shallow 1 to 3 foot fish mid lake around long hunter state park
Thank you.
I found a lot of fish between 1 to 10 ft around mid-lake today. The water at mid-lake was about 58/59 with the upper end being 63/64 today.
Just be sure that you have a good map as there are plenty of places on Percy Priest that go from 30-40 feet to "loose your lower unit" depth in an instant.

I appreciate all the info. Didn't know it was that shallow. But thanks for letting me know.
JPP isn't hard to run safely. Your mapping chip is better than watching the markers as they are always missing and moving. We fished Sunday from 2pm until dark. Caught them pretty good all day in the mid-lake area throwing jerkbaits and spinnerbaits < 8ft. Caught more quality SM than LM. I'm not a square bill guy on JPP as I don't enjoy getting hung up on every 3rd cast... but you can sure catch them doing it. Buddy in another boat said he had 22lbs Sunday all on a rattletrap. Another buddy used Livescope to catch fish deeper on a swimbait and A-rig so it seems you can catch them doing anything right now.
