I have a 2007 Puma. In November the aerator stopped working. Now the Recirculator stopped working. The pumps are fine. Seems like its in the switch. Does this have some kind of fuse that could have blown? Thank you

The fuse is an internal thermal disc, that auto resets. Don’t just power the pumps, move them to the bilge, or one of the freshwater and pump out casings. Shift the motors around to be sure it’s not the pumps pulling more amperage than allowed. Hot wiring pumps bypasses the protection.
The older ATen panels were extremely good and more thousands have been used with very low failure. Though in time no doubt they could and do fail. You’re pushing 15 years of use and it could be the panel. Options are replace it or go to an alternate system. Odds are the cost is a flip on swapping out. Parts can help you if you need a panel.
Check the terminal block on the transom. Sometimes the wire jumpers on the ground side corrode at or on the connector. Had the exact same problem years ago on my old jag.
