We live 3.5 miles from the City Docks… the long drought plus high winds have the SJR low and shallows dirty…
my shallow pads bite is the worst in years… this will end of course but bass follow bait and nothing much in shallows but gators cruising… 3/22 had a 5.36# and a 2.5# for BEST half day this year… sux… offshore guys and those who can find any spawn spot should do okay…

April 11 update:
So far 1/4 inch of rain on our yard gauge when we need 3-4 inches…
hopefully some areas along the SJ river got a lot more so runoff into river was much more.
Couple more days soon have a chance… they say…
