    225 Flashed

I have a 2014 225 SHO Flashed to a 300hp. No raise of the rev limiter. It’s on a 2017 Legend V20 with 12” Bobs jackplate. Fully loaded by myself with lithium batteries, I can get 74-75 with a 26 3-blade SHO prop and 71-73 with a Powertech 25 4-blade, running 6000 rpm’s. Would I get any better results going to a 26 pitch 4-blade powertech or Bravo 1…..Thanks guys

If you're looking for more speed, I would try a Fury 3 blade, the Bravo will handle great, but is usually slower than the 3 blades.

I recommend researching your hull and seeking input from fellow V20 owners. From what little I've read on the V20, most owners are running in the low 70's. I understand the thought that additional HP should equate to a massive increase in speed, however that isn't always the case. I'm guessing that you need to get more hull and lower unit out of the water to obtain additional speed.
