My new hearing aids came in a few weeks ago. The next available appointment was early June. I asked the receptionist if they kept a list of waiting patients and call if there is a cancelation. She said I would have to call daily to see if any opened up. We all know how busy they are and the difficulty we experience in getting through on the phone. Well this morning around 0800 the clinic called me with an opening at 1000 hours. I jumped on it. A huge thank you for the ladies at the dest. I know they are busy and appreciate their help in getting my new hearing aids. They are awesome!
