How to identify region on a navionics card

I have a few old navionics cards laying around. How do I identify which region and yr? Looks like a 2013 but not sure on anything else

Put the card in your computer and click on the file. The map dates will be listed whether the original date or updated date.
Put the card in your Lowrance and have the whole US displayed, the map area will be displayed.
