Phoenix prop help

2016 618 pro 175 pro xs 2stroke full fuel full live wells 2 people 425 lbs 3 lead acid batteries. Fury 24 3 blade plugs removed prop not new.Hyd jack plate p to p 3" to 4" below. Slow to get on plane flash to about 3400 rpm hard to keep on plane when slow down. Thinking about Marks xl 4 22 or 23 or Bravo xs. Any advise or help. Thanks.
