9 M360 2DDIY cable question

Have the 9 M360 2DDIY cable hooked to Mega 360 and external DI mega transducer going to a Helix 10 G4N. Unit is only recognizing the Mega 360,it does not recognize the Di+ transducer. Does the wet switch need to be activated in order to see it? I`m at a loss here. Thanks

Did you change the connected transducer setting on the sonar tab?

I will have to look again. I`m pretty sure it only had a Mega 360 option. Also in the Network tab it did not show a Di option.

Helix units will only "recognize" the MEGA 360 via XID==no other transducers.
When the MEGA 360 is recognized, all the Connected Transducer selections are deleted, and another set is added concerning the MEGA 360. The MEGA 360 alone is default, you have to select what combo transducers you have connected via the Y cable.
To get depth, you have to at least choose HW:MEGA 360.
If you want DI, you have to select HW:MDI+:MEGA 360
The network menu has nothing to do with the transducer selection.
