Ebenezer Ramp gate Lake Jordan

Over the last 20+ years when I use the Ebenezer ramp at lake Jordan it has always been open in the morning before first light. The only time I have seen the gate up is the afternoons when the parking lot at the ramp is pretty full. Has this been the norm at that ramp?

There are 2 gates into the ramp. One is open 24/7 the other closes during camp ground hours. It use to open at 8 or there bouts.

I have always known the entrance that is open overnight and up to 8am is closed at 8am when the park opens. There isn’t a campground at Ebenezer just day use park facilities.
