Ultrex mega DI/2d sonar

Good afternoon, I have an ultrex with the built in mega DI transducer. I am having a problem getting my 2d sonar to work correctly on my Helix 10 it just shows a bunch of lines and sometimes just a white screen, the Mega Di is working fine. I switched the unit out with the one that is located at the driver's console and the 2d worked so I do not think it is the unit. Has anyone encountered this problem or have any idea what could be wrong? Thank you all for your help

The easy things are to check that you have the right adapter and don’t have a Y-cable in the mix. Next, verify that you have the right transducer selected on the unit.

The 2D comes in on different pins on the connector, so it could either be a cable problem or transducer problem.
