When it was in Tulsa the first time in 2013 I went to one weigh in and that was enough for me. One giant advertisement that lasts forever. The expo is cool though and it was a fun thing to attend. I'll be going back when it's here next, just not to the weigh in.

My comment was too strong and I regret saying ‘deliverance’ level but I’m not racist. And redneck is a way of life not a racist remark imo. The online coverage was awesome and sports professional level but something about that weighin is just not mid Americana… the fox1 coverage and and live fishing are totally professional level entertainment vs the weighin with that announcer in the background. Bassmaster should know they need to think of what they can do. The FLW weighins were so much more cooler imo. Just an opinion. And Mercer really needs to look fit. He’s the face of the weighin. Bassmaster just doesn’t know how to grow it, yet it’s right there for them.
