Can we all make an effort to stop using this word? It has to be the most overused word. I literally can't stand it.

Let's all highlight it every time someone uses it. There are plenty of important things going on, but if I was ranking things, the use of this word would literally top the list.

Guy I work with also disagrees with the phrase " it is what it is". When someone uses it he says " no, it is what you make it". I tend to agree with him.
