    Onboard charging question.

Good morning. I have a 24V trolling motor on my pontoon. 2 - 12V batteries wired in series to get 24 volts. My question is, can I hook up a 2-bank onboard battery charger, 1 bank to each battery without breaking the series? I want to be able to just plug up the pontoon when not using. My older Ranger makes the 24V connection in the TM plug. So as long as I unplug my TM, the batteries are isolated from each other. Thanks in advance for the help.
    I am a Crankbait junkie...I'm in a program...It ain't helping!

Yes. You got it. That's how it's done. Your batteries can stay wired in their series configuration and each charger bank gets wired to each battery.

That would be the correct way to do it
