    Why change the winch out?

I’ve noticed that several people have changed the factory winch out for a Fulton winch. Just wandering the reason behind it.

    Thanks

I changed my winch out to a Fulton F2 also. The winch that Benchmark installed on my 2022 CX21 was absolute junk. I'm really loving my Caymas, the Benchmark trailer not much love for me.

Yes the F2 is a 2 speed - hi/low. The low is a monster, drag your boat up a hill

Could see that being a good reason sir, luckily we don’t have that silly rule and luckily I’ve not had any issues with my standard winch.

I added the two speed because of the extra power when you are in a spot where you cant power load your boat, at winter pool some of our ramps are rather shallow and not comfortable with power loading, these props are to expensive to burger up!!!
