From what I've noted with my Pro XS is the voltage should be higher than you've stated while running. More like 14+ volts. If you're running a lot of accessories on this battery it can become over taxed which in turn may do damage to your alternator. This is the main reason I installed a stand alone lithium battery just to handle my electronics so as not to overburden my electrical system. I learned this after going through 2 other alternators. And by the way, I didn't have a sissy starting battery either! It was and still is the Odyssey group 31 AGM. Any battery can be prone to extreme discharge in certain situations.

Can't hit 14.1 with a blown fusible link lead. Where are you obtaining the voltage reading from? Needs to be:

    -Smartcraft

    (or)

-DVOM connected directly to cranking battery.

Another quick check you can do for Fusible Link Lead: AT IDLE (idling at least 4-5 minutes), test voltage on the large (red wire) output terminal of the alternator. Should not be over 14.6 VDC, nor under 13.1 VDC.

Voltage from smart craft guage and only hit 14.1 at WOT most of time around 13 V

Do you have clamp-style terminals on that battery?

Also- is there a battery switch between the battery and engine cables? If so, bypass the switch temporarily (connect engine directly to battery) and see if the problem persists. Switches can be deceptive...

12.7V is not fully charged on that battery. 12.84V is 100% SOC. You probably need to look at your charger.

DO NOT use wing nuts. Stainless Nuts or Locknuts, WRENCH tight.

Strongly suggest clamp style terminals for the primary engine (or switch) cable, Clean Power connection, and onboard charger leads (stacked largest to smallest).

Put all the other accessory wiring on the threaded posts.

Also possible a bilge pump is stuck on and running the battery down.

I do not hear it running
did notice a slight wiggle on the positive wire from motor to battery switch going take switch apart and tighten
I assume that wire charges the battery too from alternator so would fit the symptom

Randomly hook a voltmeter up while charging . I think that battery is one that doesn’t want over 14.4-6 at any point . My dual pro delta volt (agm safe) would get to almost 16volts

I might put that thing on an auto charger and get it up to 12.8V. It takes a looooong time to get that last little bit of full charge on an AGM.
