Blinker trim only going up

So I’m trying to get my blinker trim installed with my new motor. It’s a th marine dual trim. I wired it it directly to my harness to my control box the same exact way. Switch on my control box switch works as it should but the blinker trim with only go up Not down. I tired switching wires and I screwed with it for like 2 hours and I could NOT figure out what I’m doing wrong. Does anybody know what I’m doing wrong?

trim all works everywhere else?
Pretty simple 3 wire setup. you could just have a bad switch.

Check to make sure the correct wires are connected. GREEN is down, and BLUE is up.
