You my friend will need to get a card then. This is 2023 and cash is a thing of the past. It may be the dumbest thing you heard but this is where we are today.

I have several cards, I normally have plenty cash on me as well, just prefer to pay cash for stuff under 50 bucks or so, I have bought two new boats with cash, they did not decline my money, spent several years picking up aluminum cans and scrap metal in order to pay cash for boat.
    Do casinos accept cash ?

Last casino I went to didn't blink an eye when I sat down at the table and gave them some cash for chips.

I would also leave if I offered to pay with cash and they turned me down.

I operate a lot like you just stated. Back in the day if you paid with cash you were highly respected but nowadays cash holders appear to be treated like second class citizens. Also if I ask and a business says they charge a percentage to use a credit I simply write a check. Signs of the times, I concur with bassman that before too long many more businesses will start not accepting cash, a sad day for some of us old timers!
