    360 power connection- drain/shield wire

I'm running power for the 360 to a power strip at the console. 360 manual says to connect the drain wire to a ground terminal or boat chassis. Can I connect this drain/shield wire to the negative post on the power strip along with the negative wire?

Yes, the drain wire should be combined with the negative ANYWHERE.

Next question. These power wires appear factory at the bow and come from the factory power strip at the transom20230322_133244.jpg20230322_133244.jpg. If I connect the 360 to power at these wires do I need to put a 1amp in line fuse here?

yes and those wires should be fused at the transom also based on ampacity of those wires

A power strip or fuseblock up front would be the way to go. Wire nuts or spliced wires are not the way to go on a boat. Vibration and moisture, (especially in the bow) are not good ideas! JMO Bob
AS well as the previous post. (Fused at the source and maybe up front on a fuse block.
Tell me where has a slow movin' once quick draw outlaw got to go
