2020 920 Elite Garage Storage

Hi guys-

I'm interested in purchasing a used 920 elite (Mercury 250 4 Stroke) from a guy whos about 6-7 hours from me. I love the boat, but I know my garage situation is not ideal.

My garage is 19Lx19.5"W with one big 16ft door.

I currently have a Nitro Z18 in there (dual axel trailer) storage length on that is 21'9" and I have about 2ft of room in front of my swing away tongue.

I have two wheel dollies and a Trailer Valet 5x which I have gotten really good at using and can be pretty precise with where I put the boat.

Lastly, I know there are specs on bbc for the 920 elite but on the phoenix brochure it gives a different measurement at about 24ft. So not sure which one to go by.

Has anyone had a 20ft phoenix in a similar size garage?

I would hate to spend this kind of money and not be able to fit it in.

Measuring tape is stretched to 24’

Nitro is at 21’ 9”

Mine measures 24’2” from prop to edge of swing tongue.
Motor is currently trimmed up to rest on motor transom saver. Tongue is swung.
Could be 3”-4” less if motor was trimmed down.
