    Onboard charger for lithium batteries.

What would be considered a good onboard charger to charge lithium batteries. I've been looking at batteries but now I'd like as much info as I can get on different chargers. I've got an old Stater Merc. so the cranking battery will remain lead acid. I'd need to charge one 12v lead acid nd 2 12v lithium trolling batteries....

Seems like the Noco Gen Pro and MK PCL get the most comments, I’m using the MK and have no complaints at this time.

What about the NOCO GEN5X3? Would the 5 amps per bank be enough?

I like the MK 460 PCL at 15 amps/bank. Not sure if they offer a 3 bank at 15amps/bank though.

I still don't understand why I would need 15 amps/bank. I understand why tournament fishermen that need to quickly recharge their batteries after fishing but the speed in which they recharge is not important to me. I'll admit I'm an old fart and have always been from the school of the slower you charge batteries the better off it was for them...

Currently when I get home from the lake with my lead acid batteries I plug my charger in and don't think about it again until next time. If using one compatible charger for both lithium and lead acid will it hurt the lithiums to be constantly plugged in? If so I might need to get a separate 2 bank charger for the lithium batteries...

When I went to Lithiums for my trollers I bought a NOCO Lithium charger, 2 bank. Lithium batteries can accept a lot of amps when charging, like 100 amps for some without damage.

Dual Pro PS4 auto. Great product with excellent customer service also extremely veteran friendly. They also supply chargers in the industrial forklift market. They know what they are doing

Anyone notice any quality difference in the Noco vs the Minn Kota?
