Garmin Force OK Mounted Like This:

Whenever I first sat my Force on the bow of my boat it was not level and I could see a large gap underneath. I got some rubber 1/8” thick and 2” diameter washers and placed under each bolt. This is the installed motor looks like now:

My concern is that all the force will be placed on the bolt/washer area and not distributed evenly through the mount. Is this correct and something to worry about or does it look good as is?

    Thanks!

Thanks. But I think a full length spacer would still result in an uneven surface.

Does anyone else have an opinion or maybe a motor mounted the same way as mine?

    Thanks
