No.
Give us a call if you need some help with a lithium Cranker
You may find that the charging capacity of 2003 engine may not be adequate to keep that battery peaked for electronic's and etc. A 125 Amp gives you a 25% cushion for cranking. I tried 100 Amp and I had brown outs on some electronic screens, not desirable. FYI, only.

I just replaced my AGM with an Ionic 125A lithium for my 225 SHO and so far no issues and after a 8 hour day still have 51 percent left.

no, our 105 ah lithium cranker would exceed all expectations. Dont believe the talk you need a "125".
What are you running off of it to use half the charge?

i probably had more left, that’s just what I remember. I have 3 Helix 12s, Mega Live, Mega 360, Target lock and two Ethernet boxes. It was foggy so I was running my lights most of the day along with my live wells. Even if it was 50 something percent left that’s way better than my old 31 series AGM

Cool. I just need one for cranking, live wells, and lights. My electronics have their own dedicated lithium.
