    Whipsnake

Figured I’d bought the Combat stick casting rod so I needed a decent spinning rod. Can I get thoughts on the Whipsnake (Lavante).

The blank on the Orochi is better and more sensitive. The actions seem to be about the same just different blanks

Love my Levante Whipsnake and Shakeyhead rods. Comfortable and fights fish great. When they were at $200, best bang for the buck.

It’s the only spinning rod I own.

I know you're asking regarding the Levante model, but I have the Orochi version and it's well worth it. With that said, I think the Levante would be worth it.

You would not be disappointed if you did.
