SHO 250 Quit Running

I have a 2011 SHO 250 on a Skeeter zx250. Went about a quarter mile and the engine quits this morning like it was not getting fuel. Pumped the primer bulb and it would not get hard. Switched tanks and primed fine and ran then quit. Switched back to the other tank and ran fine all day. At the end of the day switched over to the other tank and ran fine. My question is could something have been blocking the fuel from the tank or was it the fuel line and primer bulb? The primer bulb and line are the original from 2011. Could it be something else?

Sounds like tank selector valve, or something in that vicinity.
