    Active Captain with Multiple Units Question

    I have the following on my boat:

    2x EchoMap Plus 93SV (connected Ethernet)

    Just added:
    1x EchoMap 93SV UHD
    1x Livescope LVS32 (connected to UHD)

    Since the UHD isn’t connected to the other units, do I need to install a separate mini SD card in it to do the Active Captain updates?

    Also, am I supposed to setup a different WiFi network on each unit?

    You can just download the update to the card and update unit without having to make an AC card......

    I’m not tracking.

    So, I need to move the SD card to the 93UHD, do the update for it and livescope. Then I move it back to one of the two networked units?

    You have 2 options to update.....you can do it thru the AC app or download the update to an SD card.....the SD card can be any card. You can use a spare card if you have one.....
